To expand our high-performance team, we are looking for the next possible date, unlimited and full-time a

commercial employee (m/f/d) in the order processing department

location: head office in Karlsruhe / Germany

Within the framework of purchasing and sales order processing, you will fully supervise your projects and bear responsibility for the processing of the complete supply chain.

These are your main tasks:

  • Processing of purchase orders/purchase contracts as well as customer orders/sales contracts and their mapping in the ERP system.
  • Close communication and coordination with our international team of buyers and sellers as well as the Finance Department
  • Review and preparation of import and export letters of credit
  • Monitoring of shipments and delivery dates
  • Contact person for agents, customers, suppliers, banks, insurance companies, and logistics service providers (national and international)

What you bring with you:

  • Business studies or a comparable degree in the areas of trade/logistics or a completed commercial apprenticeship preferred in the area of wholesale and foreign trade/logistics.
  • Work experience of at least three years in the field of international order processing
  • Confident handling of MS-Office applications and experience with ERP systems
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
